SANTOS WOOD COMPANY
Current Lead Times
Every piece is made to order. Production lead times begin after final drawings/specs, payment, and approvals are received.
Standard vs. Priority Production
Orders are scheduled in our standard manufacturing queue. This is ideal for projects with flexible timelines or those planned in advance.
Priority Production moves your order ahead in the manufacturing queue for time-sensitive projects. If you pay a Priority Production fee and we do not meet our estimated production window, that fee will be refunded.
Important Notes
- Production lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Lead times begin once approvals are finalized and materials are released to production.
- Production lead times apply to manufacturing only and do not include shipping transit time.
- Priority Production availability may be limited during peak demand.
- Lead times may vary due to conditions outside of our control.
Business Days
The production timelines listed are based on business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
